Rules for the Provision of the Public Service "State Registration of Legal Entities, and Record Registration of Their Branches and Representative Offices"

Clause 8

The state registration of a legal entity classified as a small or medium-sized enterprise is carried out by submitting an electronic notification in the form provided in Appendix 2 of these Rules, completed by the founder(s) on the portal.

The state registration of a legal entity classified as a small or medium-sized enterprise is carried out by submitting an electronic application (hereinafter referred to as the "application") in the form provided in Appendix 2 of these Rules, completed by the founder(s) on the portal.

Clause 9

In the case of electronic registration, the state registration of legal entities is carried out based on an a notification submitted to the State Database "Legal Entities" (hereinafter referred to as the “SDB LE”) via the portal.

In the case of electronic registration, the state registration of legal entities is carried out based on an application submitted to the State Database "Legal Entities" (hereinafter referred to as the “SDB LE”) via the portal.

Clause 12

Amendments and additions to the registration data of a legal entity, branch (representative office) are made in the following cases:

1. Change of the location of the legal entity, classified as a subject of private entrepreneurship, branch (representative office), except for a joint-stock company, branch (representative office);
2. Change of the head (appointment of a director, appointment of an acting director, appointment of a manager of the property and activities of the legal entity, dismissal of the director);
3. Amendments and additions to the constituent documents, except for the requirements specified in Article 14-1 of the Law;
4. Transfer of a share of the charter capital into trust management;
5. Increase in the charter capital of business partnerships;
6. Change of the main type of economic activity;
7. Change in the composition of founders (participants, members) of non-commercial organizations, except for political parties;
8. Change of the beneficial owner of the legal entity;

Amendments and additions to the registration data of a legal entity, branch (representative office) are made in the following cases:

1. Change of the location of the legal entity, classified as a subject of private entrepreneurship, branch (representative office), except for a joint-stock company, branch (representative office);
2. Change of the head (appointment of a director, appointment of an acting director, appointment of a manager of the property and activities of the legal entity, dismissal of the director);
3. Amendments and additions to the constituent documents, except for the requirements specified in Article 14-1 of the Law;
4. Transfer of a share of the charter capital into trust management;
5. Increase in the charter capital of business partnerships;
6. Change of the main type of economic activity;
7. Change in the composition of founders (participants, members) of non-commercial organizations, except for political parties;
8. Change of the beneficial owner of the legal entity;
9. Change of contact information (phone number, email address).
