      A culture where everyone belongs

Our goal is simple: to create a workplace where every voice is heard, every contribution is valued, and everyone has equal opportunity to thrive.

Inclusion, diversity and equity are not just values we uphold — they are who we are.”

Embracing difference and helping our people thrive

While our current diversity and inclusion agenda covers a wide variety of equally important facets, we have consciously chosen to focus our efforts on three key priorities – those where we can create the greatest and most lasting impact.

      • Wellbeing and belonging

      • Gender equity and leadership empowerment

      • Cultural and generational diversity

      Turning commitment into action

      SheLeads

      Empowering women in leadership

Our SheLeads program equips high-performing women managers with the confidence, skills and network to lead with impact. Through workshops, mentoring and peer collaboration, participants gain the tools to advance their careers and shape the future of leadership. Part of our Actions Positives certification, SheLeads program represents our commitment to gender equity and lasting cultural change.

      Employee networks

      Building communities of belonging

Our networks give colleagues the space to connect, share and thrive:

      • Parents Network: Co-creating better support for working parents through partnerships with local crèches and resources that simplify access to benefits.

      • Women’s Network: Offering networking and a community for women at every career stage.

      • Pride Network: Supporting our LGBTQIA+ professionals and allies through awareness events, Pride Run participation and inclusive workplace conversations.

      • Neurodiversity Network: Increasing awareness and inclusion for neurodivergent colleagues.

Together, these networks foster authentic connection and mutual support across every part of our firm.

      Diversity awareness

With more than 70 nationalities, diversity is at the heart of who we are. Each year, our Diversity Day brings colleagues together to celebrate our cultures through an International Food Market and storytelling moments that showcase the richness of our community.

Every edition also focuses on a specific aspect of diversity, helping us raise awareness, challenge bias and strengthen mutual understanding.

Throughout the year, our Cultural Calendar continues the conversation, highlighting global celebrations that connect and inspire us.

      Wellbeing and mental health

At KPMG Luxembourg, wellbeing isn’t a one-day initiative – it’s part of who we are, every day of the year.
We focus on five pillars of wellbeing – physical, workplace, social, societal and emotional – ensuring a holistic approach that supports every colleague’s health and balance.

One of our most valued initiatives, the Mental Health First Aid program, has certified dozens of colleagues to recognize and support others, creating a culture of care, empathy and resilience across the firm.

      Generational collaboration

Four generations work side by side at KPMG Luxembourg – from experienced leaders to rising Gen Z professionals. Through intergenerational panels and open dialogue, we share knowledge, foster innovation and create a workplace that values every voice. Together, we’re building a culture that’s inclusive, forward-thinking and grounded in shared respect.

Honored for the difference we make

Our commitment to Inclusion, Diversity and Equity is reflected in the recognition we’ve earned from respected institutions in Luxembourg and beyond. These certifications and awards validate our ongoing efforts to build an equitable, inclusive and responsible workplace.
