On 24 October 2024, KPMG Audit S.à r.l. (“the Audit Firm”) became aware of some information pertaining to the annual accounts of FWU Life Insurance Lux S.A. (“the Company”) for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (“the Annual Accounts”), which was not previously communicated to KPMG Luxembourg, société coopérative at the time of the statutory audit of the Annual Accounts.
Consequently, the Audit Firm concluded that the audit report on the Annual Accounts released by KPMG Luxembourg, société coopérative, should no longer be relied upon.
