Edouard is a Tax Partner in KPMG Luxembourg's Financial Services Tax Department with nearly 14 years of experience advising financial institutions on complex tax matters.
He serves a broad range of clients across the banking, asset management, insurance, securitization and capital markets sectors, supporting them on corporate tax, international tax, operational taxes, tax governance and regulatory-driven tax transformation initiatives.
Edouard works closely with boards, CFOs and tax leaders to help them navigate an increasingly complex tax and regulatory environment, manage tax risk and align their tax strategy with broader business objectives.
His experience includes advising clients on major international tax developments, including BEPS, ATAD, tax transparency initiatives and the implementation of the global minimum taxation rules introduced under Pillar Two. He also assists organizations in enhancing their tax operating models, governance frameworks and technology-enabled tax processes.
