      Emilien is a Partner in International Tax and the Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution Leader at KPMG Luxembourg. He graduated from HEC Paris and Sciences-Po Paris and holds a master's degree in corporate law. Emilien has extensive experience in international tax, including a two-year assignment in the U.S. and has a robust track record with complex M&A projects and spin-offs, as well as financing, holding and IP structures. He is also an authority on the exchange of information (FATCA, CRS, DAC 6 etc.).

      Emilien is accomplished in tax controversy related projects and assisting clients of all sectors: from complex transactions documentation to litigation support and assistance in tax audits from local and foreign tax authorities. While Emilien’s client portfolio is mostly comprised of multinationals, he also has over 10 years’ experience in servicing banks and insurance companies.
