Stephan is an Audit Partner and Head of ESG Assurance at KPMG Luxembourg. He joined the firm in 2003 and has over 23 years' experience auditing listed and unlisted multinational companies and private equity portfolios, primarily under IFRS.
A qualified Réviseur d'Entreprises (IRE, Luxembourg), Stephan previously led KPMG Luxembourg's IFRS Department of Professional Practice and currently serves as the People & Learning Partner for Audit.
Stephan is active in the profession as a member of several Commission des Normes Comptables (CNC) working groups, a member of the IRE ESG Commission and President of the IRE Commission of Technical Studies.
