Gaultier is an Audit Partner in KPMG Luxembourg's Real Estate practice, where he leads legal and contractual audits of regulated and non-regulated real estate vehicles and provides a range of other audit-related services. He is also the leader of KPMG Luxembourg's IFRS Department of Professional Practice, where he is primarily responsible for technical and quality control matters related to IFRS, as well as the development and delivery of technical trainings on all aspects of IFRS.
Gaultier has acquired deep expertise in real estate investment vehicles, working with major international industry players and has extensive experience in consolidation, IFRS and Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements. He joined KPMG Luxembourg in 2014, having previously worked for another KPMG member firm as an external auditor for commercial companies. He is a qualified Réviseur d'Entreprises (IRE – Luxembourg) and also holds the Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable (DEC – France).
