KPMG Audit presents this report, as required by Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 537/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council of 16 April 2014 on specific requirements regarding statutory audit of public-interest entities. “KPMG Audit” refers to KPMG Audit S.à r.l, which operates as registered audit firm (“Cabinet de révision agréé)” in Luxembourg.
