Kalin has been with KPMG since 1996 and became Partner in October 2006. Since 2005 he has headed the Tax & Legal practice of KPMG in Bulgaria. Prior to that he was a co-founder of KPMG’s office in Varna and dedicated three years to its development. Kalin has wide experience in providing tax advisory and compliance services to companies operating in the energy, oil and gas, real estate, telecommunications, and banking and finance sectors. He has performed extensive analyses of challenging issues for both international and Bulgarian clients in the areas of corporate taxation, tax structuring, tax due diligence, analysis and advice on the impact of new tax developments. He also has a strong track record acting as partner in charge for Mergers & Acquisitions projects and Global Mobility Services & Payroll services.
