I joined the People and Change team at KPMG in Malta in 2022, drawn by a shared commitment to helping organisations navigate transformation in a way that truly puts people first.
Having previously worked in the public sector, transitioning into consulting was a new challenge, but the welcoming and collaborative environment within the team made the transition feel seamless. From day one, I experienced a culture where diverse backgrounds and perspectives are valued, making collaboration both enriching and impactful.
While reading for my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Malta, I developed a strong interest in Organisational Psychology, which led me to pursue a Masters in this area at Utrecht University. It was during my Masters studies that I discovered the world of people consulting.
Now, as a Business Change Management Advisor, I help organisations and individuals adapt to change, optimise performance, and align their goals in ways that are both strategic and human centred. Our focus is always on making change work for both the organisation and its people. What makes this journey even more rewarding is the team I work with—a dynamic group that brings together a wealth of knowledge, perspectives, and experiences.
