      Be a KPMG Ace

      The KPMG Advisory Aces is a structured 2-year rotational program for selected high achieving graduates, spanning a broad overview of the Advisory function. Talents will gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience as you will undergo rotations within the Advisory function and a one-off placement in the Audit function.* You will work alongside competent professionals from diverse backgrounds to nurture you to become a complete KPMG Advisory Aces Consultant. * For Accounting and Finance candidates only. (This Advisory Aces program is only applicable at PJ branch)

      Management rotation

      Throughout the 2-year program, you will undergo rotational placements in (subject to the Firm’s discretion):

      Management Consulting

      • Strategy & Operations (S&O)
      • Financial Management (FM)
      • Shared Services & Outsourcing Advisory (SSOA) 
      • IT Enabled Transformation (ITeT)
      • People & Change (P&C) 

      Risk Consulting

      • Internal Audit, Risk and Compliances Services (IARCS)
      • Emerging Tech, Risk, and Cyber (ETRC)
      • Accounting Advisory Services (AAS)
      • Financial Risk Management (FRM)
      • Governance and Sustainability (G&S)
      • Forensic (FRS)

      Deal Advisory

      • Corporate Finance (CF)
      • Corporate Restructuring (CR)
      • Transaction Services (TS)

      A one-off placement in one of the Audit Departments for Accounting and Finance candidates.

      Upon completion of the KPMG Advisory Aces program and subject to the review of your performance in all rotations throughout the 2 years, you will be placed in a department befitting your experience and performance.
