Sharmini leads the People & Change practice in Malaysia. She is a highly motivated, solution-oriented individual with more than 30 years of work experience in both People & Change in Advisory with a strong technical know-how in People Transformation including Organization Design, Workforce Optimization, Talent Management, HR Transformation and Change Management, with Change Management as the enabler.
Sharmini has successfully led large-scale people transformation projects, developed innovative talent management strategies, and implemented effective change initiatives across diverse locations, sectors and industries. In the course of her career, Sharmini has worked in various ASPAC countries including Malaysia, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand and India. Her experience spans across both the public and private sectors, including but not limited to energy, financial, telecommunication, transportation and construction.
Her capabilities include specialization in organization design, job analysis, KPI alignment, manpower planning, competency framework development, performance management framework development, total rewards structuring, HR policy and procedure refinement, change management, and project management.
