He has deep experience in providing management consulting and business advisory services covering institutional strengthening and transformation, organization development and HR transformation (including HR strategy, organization restructuring, executive sourcing, HR policies/processes/procedures manual, human capital management, performance management, culture & change management, workforce optimization; succession planning; job evaluation/description/grading/manning; career management, recruitment/executive sourcing, capacity building & training and other people related matters), strategy blueprint development, sector analysis & review, go-to-market/market entry strategy, feasibility study, corporate planning, business plan development, infrastructure assessment, due diligence, commercialisation economic development and growth plan, business process re-engineering, business and operating model development, regulatory and compliance review, tariff modelling, PMO support (covering project management, project planning, implementation support, quality review, monitoring and reporting), stakeholder engagement.

Ayotunde’s service delivery covers various industries and sectors including power & utilities (Wholesale and Retail Electricity Market including regulatory), renewable energy/solar, oil & gas (midstream & downstream) , infrastructure, financial services, consumer/ industrial markets, manufacturing, as well as government and public sector parastatals. 

Ayotunde has demonstrated his expertise on a number of strategic and complex projects by advising our national and multi-national corporates in rebuilding and reshaping their business operations, repositioning them on the path of growth and sustainable profitability. In the course of his career life, he has garnered extensive experience providing regulatory and market development advisory support across various industries, helping to shape and influence key sectors. He has also built strong relationships with public sector officials, which has enhanced the value he delivers to his private sector clients, ensuring well-rounded advisory services and strategic insights. 

Ayotunde holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria, and an MBA from Lagos Business School. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). In addition, Ayotunde is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), he also holds a professional diploma in Human Resource Management showcasing his expertise in project management and leadership across various disciplines.
