Tayo is the Founder & CEO of Paga with a wealth of local and international experience in technology, consulting and business. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Southern California and also has a Masters in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.
Before founding Paga, Tayo was Vice-President at Travant Capital Partners, a private equity fund in West Africa. Tayo has also served as a Manager, Corporate Development, at Cisco Systems in San Jose California.
Tayo’s work at Paga has been recognized globally - in 2014 CNBC selected Tayo as the Entrepreneur of the Year West Africa, and in 2015 the African Leadership Network selected Paga as the outstanding growing company of the year in Africa. Tayo is an Endeavor Entrepreneur and a member of the Young Presidents Organization.
Tayo who has a passion to help entrepreneurs bring ideas to life and build scalable businesses would be speaking at the KPMG Tax Breakfast Session.

Amina Ado is the a Coordinating Director of the FIRS in charge of Special Tax Operations Group covering the following the departments; International Tax, Emerging & Special Tax, Tax Incentives, Data Mining and Oil and Gas. Amina is also responsible for Stamp duties, Electronic Transfer Levy, development of new revenue streams and improvement of existing ones at the FIRS.
Amina will be sharing her wealth of experience in policy directions and compliance pertaining to the Fintech Industry at the Seminar.

Odunayo Eweniyi is the co-founder & Chief Operations Officer of PiggyVest, Nigeria's largest digital savings and micro-investment platform. In January 2021, Odunayo also cofounded First Check Africa, a preseed/seed fund that invests in high-growth tech startups with at least one female co-founder.
She also serves on the board of a few companies, including Village capital and has been featured on Bloomberg Business Weekly’s 2020 Bloomberg50 list. In 2022, she was selected as a Bloomberg New Economy Catalyst; and won the Forbes Africa Technology and Innovation award. She is also a 2021 TIME100 Next honoree. She was named one of Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 Technology in 2019 and one of 30 Quartz Africa Innovators in 2019.

Nike James has over 19 years of experience working to provide tax advisory and compliance services to multinational and local clients in the financial services industry. The wide range of experience covers assignments such as tax risk management services, tax advisory and compliance, implementation of cross-border schemes, corporate mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, compliance checks and audits, re-organization and recapitalization and business restructuring.
Her work involves working closely with clients in tax, finance and internal audit functions, in relation to their overall management of tax reporting and compliance processes with a focus on risk/process improvements.
She has directed assignments for the provision of tax department reviews for large corporates in Nigeria. She has provided tax diagnostic services to large organizations and is the Nigerian engagement director on a cross border engagement to execute the Nigerian implementation of a Group Tax policy for a global GSM Telecoms Operator, which work includes tax department review; organizational review; preparation of tax risk registers, etc.

Precious Iluku is the Chief Financial Officer of Kuda Microfinance Bank and a financial expert with particular interest in Financial Planning, Treasury and Capital Structuring and Allocation, Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Portfolio Management and Modeling.
Before joining Kuda in 2021, he was the Chief Financial Officer at FSDH Merchant Bank. He also worked as a Senior Auditor at PwC and was the Chief Financial Officer at UBA Gabon.
Precious is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Registered Accountant with ICAN, a Chartered IFRS professional, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
