Global Code of Conduct

We work according to our Global Code of Conduct. This code sets out all the values, obligations and responsibilities that KPMG employees have towards each other, clients and the public. A crucial element to this code is an open company culture where colleagues dare to speak out. This includes a clear process for reporting illegal or unethical behavior. The KPMG CARE-framework (Consider, Assess, Respond, Evolve) helps our people make difficult ethical decisions. Everyone at KPMG is familiar with the Global Code of Conduct and is obliged to comply with it.

International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants

KPMG offices and professional accountants are bound by the International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (including the International Independence Standards), issued by the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA). KPMG’s ethical principles are in line with these standards.
