Jarich Brummelman

Since 2015, Jarich has worked on numerous (technology enabled) business services transformation programs. Together with his team, Jarich advises clients on setting Finance / Procurement strategy, Target Operating Model design and Organizational structure design. Jarich furthermore participated in more than 15 programs where he assisted his client to define the Operating Model blueprint and resulting system requirements as preparation for an upcoming ERP implementation. Jarich is an energetic and driven individual, with a positive attitude. With these skills, Jarich manages to get things done in environments with resistance to change. Jarich is known for driving change in highly complex environments. Jarich has broad experience in leading large transformation projects, in which he acts as a cooperating foreman.
