Michael is a Director in KPMG’s Advisory practice. He advises CFOs and Finance Directors on realizing their ambition to improve their finance function to the next level with a focus on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
He is passionate about solving highly complex challenges and realizing structural solutions in the full breadth and depth of accounting, closing, consolidation, reporting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), finance transformation, finance integration, and IPO readiness.
Michael has successfully completed advisory assignments for a wide variety of clients in different industries and (company) cultures for 15+ years now. His approach is focused on realizing high-quality tangible solutions in a no-nonsense manner with the client’s interests as top priority.
