With over 30 years of experience as a management consultant, Paul often acts as a trusted advisor during transformation projects and therefore has extensive knowledge of program management, governance, and organizational design. He has extensive experience with both demerger and integration issues and has supported numerous public service providers in establishing their structures.

Paul is responsible for KPMG's services to the public sector. This gives him a clear understanding of the knowledge and skills across KPMG. This enables him to quickly mobilize the right knowledge and expertise and propose the best team for the challenges facing government organizations.
