Maria began her career at KPMG in 2018 as a developer, where she quickly delved into automation, RPA, intelligent chatbots, and the broader aspects of IT. After a successful period in the technology sector, Maria further specialised in the customer domain. Her unique combination of deep IT knowledge and a sharp understanding of customer needs enables her to creatively and effectively solve complex problems. Maria is part of the Customer and Brand team, where she focuses on brand strategy, customer experience (CX), and front-office setup. Her extensive experience and qualifications as a certified UX designer, combined with her expertise in automation and IT, enable her to lead successful project implementations and steer innovative projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences through the integration of technology across various sectors.
