Annemieke van der Laan

Annemieke is Director within the KPMG HR transformation team and responsible for HR transformation services to the Public Sector. The HR transformation team helps public and private organizations optimize their HR strategy and organization, making it a full and strategic partner for the business and an effective and efficient HR organization. Annemieke's substantive expertise is in Employee Experience, Learning & Development, HR Target Operating Models and HR service concepts, including the link to supporting technology. In her career Annemieke has helped many large (semi-public) government organizations in their HR transformations. She believes that HR has an important role in realizing an optimal Employee Experience and she likes to use her knowledge and skills to help HR organizations excel in this role.
