Jerwin has over 25 years of experience in sustainability advisory. He works with both Public and Private sector clients on three interrelated transformations in the ESG and sustainability domain.

Firstly, the sustainable business strategy, transformation, and implementation to improve impacts, manage risks and grasp opportunities to increase and protect topline, bottom-line and brand equity of companies. Special focus on the (financial) implications of new regulations, planetary boundaries and customer preferences in the consumer & retail sector, agri-commodities, as well as value chain visibility, sustainability, and due diligence. He works with governments on energy and climate, circular economy, and sustainable international supply chains.

Secondly, ESG reporting transformations to improve disclosures and the efficiency and rigor required by CSRD and other regulations.

Thirdly, the ESG technology and data transformation required to drive business transformation and better reporting.

Jerwin works at KPMG Sustainability since 2002. He graduated in environmental geography as well as geography of developing areas at the University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
