LAPP, a global leading supplier of integrated solutions and branded products in the field of cable and connection technology, faced a challenge: over 350,000 manual orders processed annually across EMEA were slowing growth and increasing error risk. With a catalog of 40,000+ items, manual entry was no longer sustainable. To address this, LAPP launched the Synergy Hub in Poland to centralize and standardize order management.

In collaboration with KPMG and Rossum, LAPP implemented an AI-powered solution that automates order processing—even for complex requests like splitting cable lengths or applying specific packaging instructions. The system now operates across multiple countries, improving speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Pascal Kömpf, Head of Global & EMEA Sales Excellence at LAPP, highlights the transformation: “With this central approach, we have deployed a state-of-the-art, AI-based solution designed to process orders quickly and efficiently, even when received in completely unknown formats.”

With KPMG’s proactive support and Rossum’s flexible technology, LAPP has laid the foundation for a scalable, automated future.
