Gilbert T. Trinchera is a Technology Consulting Partner at R.G. Manabat & Co. (KPMG in the Philippines), where he serves as Head of Digital Transformation Services and Alliances and Government Sector Co-Lead. With more than 14 years of experience in technology consulting and business transformation, he advises organizations across the private and public sectors on digital strategy, enterprise transformation, technology modernization, artificial intelligence (AI), data and analytics, technology risk, due diligence, and IT audit.
Gilbert is focused on helping organizations move beyond technology adoption toward enterprise-wide transformation that delivers measurable business value. He leads the development of digital transformation capabilities, strategic technology alliances and innovative solutions, while working with C-suite executives, government leaders and organizations on complex transformation agendas. He has played a significant role in expanding KPMG Philippines' Technology Consulting and Digital Transformation business and its strategic alliance ecosystem, working across leading technology platforms and global alliance partners. His experience covers enterprise transformation, finance and ERP transformation involving SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamis 365 BizApps and other enterprise platforms, AI and intelligent automation, data and analytics, digital operating models, technology strategy, cybersecurity and technology risk, and regulatory-driven transformation.
He also works closely with government institutions and development organizations on digital government, technology modernization, public-sector transformation, technology governance and large-scale transformation programs. His experience includes engagements involving multilateral international organizations, national government agencies, local government units, financial institutions, development organizations and major Philippine enterprises.
He is an active thought leader on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, enterprise strategy and the future of technology-enabled organizations. He regularly shares his perspectives through executive forums, professional organizations, industry conferences and international events and is a sought-after keynote speaker, technical speaker, moderator and panelist, having been invited to speak at major local and international conferences and executive forums across the Philippines and Asia.
