Since 1989, Emy has held positions at other Big Four accounting firms. She joined KPMG in 1996 and was admitted to the partnership in 2005. She was the former KPMG Head of Audit and Assurance from September 2018 to September 2024. She completed the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management, specializing in SOX 404 Integrated Audit, Advanced US GAAP/GAAS, and International Financial Reporting Standards. Furthermore, she has excelled in roles such as Capital Markets Champion, Data & Analytics, and KPMG Clara Sponsoring Partner, along with serving as a Methodology Partner.
