Ali has over 23 years of experience with KPMG, primarily in M&A, Valuation, Due Diligence, and Corporate Finance. He has worked extensively in Pakistan and held regional assignments, including a two-year tenure in Kuwait and engagements in the UAE. Over the years, he has led and contributed to a wide range of complex transactions, including several purchase price allocations and regulatory valuations across multiple sectors.
He brings in-depth experience in strategic business planning, feasibility studies, financial modeling, forecasting, valuation of intangible assets and businesses, due diligence, swap ratio analysis, and M&A transaction support. He regularly collaborates with GVC-accredited professionals across the KPMG network and continues to expand the firm’s valuation capabilities in Pakistan.
