      Neda has spent most of her career in the Middle East, having worked for EY, Hay Group (now Korn Ferry), and Deloitte in the Middle East. She was heading the People Advisory team at HRSG in Pakistan prior to joining KPMG in Pakistan in 2021.

      She has worked with client leadership teams across various sectors, specializing in the Oil and Gas, Financial Services sector as well as family conglomerates, conducting and leading Human Capital transformation engagements. She has a proven track record of providing high quality recommendations for senior-level decision making on critical business, and human capital requirements.

      Her areas of expertise include organizational transformation, performance management, culture change, compensation, and executive and non-executive coaching.

      She is currently leading the People, Performance and Culture function, and spearheads the Learning and Development function for the firm. Neda is a member of the Executive Committee of the firm.
