Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• ▪ Conduct in-depth research on project-related topics across diverse industries, specially focused in payments and customer;
• ▪ Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities;
• ▪ Work closely with team members to brainstorm and evaluate solutions to complex business problems;
• ▪ Develop actionable recommendations and assist in implementing client-focused strategies;
• ▪ Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured reports and proposals; and
• ▪ Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Eligibility Requirements

• ▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• ▪ Preferably, 1 to 2 years of work experience in consulting, research, business analysis, or similar roles.
• ▪ Foundational understanding of the banking sector and digital payments will be preferred.
• ▪ Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• ▪ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• ▪ Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset.
• ▪ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
