Ali, with over 25 years of consulting experience is responsible for Governance & Risk, Customers and Operations advisory services for KPMG in Pakistan. 

Ali has played a key role in building a successful consulting team responsible for advising clients on enterprise risk management and outsourcing of internal audit functions. He has led engagements both for public and private sector clientele and experienced in quality assurance/ assessment and transformation of Internal audit functions. He is also experienced in assessment, design and documentation of internal controls and advising on good corporate governance practices.

On management consulting side, he has led business processes improvement engagements advising clientele on core and support business processes encompassing better practices with respect to Service delivery model, people, functional processes and supporting technology, data and reporting; and governance layers.

Over the years he has serviced KPMG’s clientele in FMCGs, Engineering, Procurement & Construction, Energy, Chemicals, Paper & Board, Textile, Retail, Education, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors.

He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant with multiple reputed accreditations. He combines his technical expertise with strategic foresight to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that guide clients through complex challenges, transformations and strategic improvements.
