Andrei Buse joined KPMG in Romania in 2017 as a member of the Deal Advisory practice, focusing on analysis of investment opportunities in the energy sector across the entire value chain.
He subsequently transitioned to the Defense & Security sector, where he focuses on developing defense-related capabilities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, delivering high-quality services to both public and private sector clients.
Prior to his current role, Andrei led numerous sell-side M&A advisory projects in the renewable energy sector, advising on the successful divestment of several large-scale utility generation projects to leading market players.
Andrei advocates the view that long-term strategic objectives are best achieved by balancing economic efficiency with resilience requirements.
