Cezar joined KPMG in Romania in 1998 and has significant experience in KPMG's Financial Services Audit and Advisory practices. He is well known and respected in both the public and private sectors. His calm and thoughtful approach is perfect for today's turbulent times. He has formed and led several audit and advisory teams, making sure that the experience and background of his staff closely fit the needs of the client. Cezar is a Fellow of the UK-based Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania. His previous role as Head of Audit also facilitated a strategic perspective, close coordination with KPMG’s regional and international offices, and direct interaction with the regulatory authorities.
