      Aura joined KPMG in Romania in 1996 and in nearly three decades of hands-on audit expertise, she has become a trusted figure in navigating complex statutory and international audits across industries such as retail, telecoms, manufacturing, the automotive sector and energy. Her professional experience includes secondments with KPMG in France, as well as with KPMG's global IFRS desk in the UK.

      Aura's leadership journey has included pivotal roles, such as being head of the audit practice and Lead Partner for some of KPMG in Romania's audit engagements for significant global clients with local presence. She is currently Audit & Assurance Partner and Head of the Retail & Consumer Goods sector in Romania and Moldova.

      Aura is a member of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors.
