Tudor Alexandru Grecu is a Partner and Head of Advisory for KPMG in Romania and Moldova, where he oversees the activity of several senior leaders managing teams with a combined headcount of over 200 professionals. The Advisory practice comprises two core departments—Consulting and Deal Advisory—delivering services in areas such as Cyber Security, Technology, Management Consulting, Governance, Risk and Reporting, Forensic, Valuation, Transaction Services, M&As, ESG and Restructuring, across strategic sectors including Financial Services, Energy, and Defence.
In his regional capacity as CEE Head of Defence, Tudor plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing KPMG’s strategy within the wider CEE region. Against the backdrop of a complex geopolitical environment, he focuses on consolidating defence-related capabilities and strengthening resilience across the firm, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to both public and private sector clients.
Prior to his current role, Tudor served as Head of Risk Management and Banking and Insurance Audit Partner at KPMG in Romania and Moldova and has been a permanent member of the firm’s Executive Committee since 2020. His career at KPMG spans over 24 years, during which he has led and coordinated projects involving: business strategy development; mergers and acquisitions; greenfield investments in highly regulated sectors; financial analysis and due diligence; audit and assurance in banking and insurance; special administration and orderly run-off in regulated businesses.
Beyond his professional achievements, Tudor has a strong interest in contemporary art—a passion that has expanded into a unique dialogue between business and culture through the art collection permanently exhibited in KPMG in Romania’s office in Bucharest and KPMG in Romania’s support in publishing art books.
