Horațiu Mihali, Audit Partner and coordinator of KPMG’s office in Cluj-Napoca, has over 20 years of experience in managing audits for local companies and international groups across a wide range of industries, including technology, retail and industrial products. Under his leadership, the Cluj-Napoca office has experienced rapid growth, becoming a recognized regional hub for excellence and innovation in professional services.
Throughout his career, Horațiu has managed financial audit projects, IT audits, reviews and optimizations of internal control systems, as well as assessments of ERP implementation. He has also been actively involved in capital market transactions in both Romania and the US, including company listings on international stock exchanges, bringing a global perspective tailored to the requirements of complex markets.
With a strong presence in the Cluj-Napoca business community, Horațiu supports both local and international investors, the academic environment, and collaboration with public institutions.
