Inga Țîgai is Tax & Legal Technology Head at KPMG in Romania and Moldova, with 20 years of professional experience in tax advisory and digital transformation. She leads the firm’s Tax Technology and Digital Gateway initiatives, integrating GenAI-enabled solutions into the way KPMG and its clients approach compliance, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Inga plays a regional leadership role across 16 jurisdictions in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), where she coordinates Tax & Legal Technology programs and promotes innovation in areas such as e-Reporting (SAF-T, e-Invoicing, e-Transport), Tax Data Verifier, and the Corporate Tax Manager suite. She also contributes to the global development of KPMG’s Digital Gateway, helping firms and clients adopt connected, AI-powered platforms for tax and legal workflows.
Recognized in the professional services market for her work on transforming tax functions and global mobility services (GMS), Inga combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight on how emerging technologies reshape compliance, governance, and workforce mobility. Over several years, she has also collaborated with the Romanian tax authorities in developing and testing new digital reporting systems.
Her career spans a broad spectrum of areas including tax consulting and compliance, electronic reporting, international taxation, payroll and compensation strategies, HR consulting, due diligence, and global mobility solutions.
