Ori manages our Real Estate line of business in KPMG in Romania's Audit Department and is also head of our Israeli Desk. He has extensive experience of managing and carrying out audits, quarterly reviews and IPO-related work for the TASE and the Israeli Securities Authority, to support clients’ financials and prospectuses of the financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS, Israeli and US GAAP. He has strong skills in developing and managing a team to deliver quality services. Ori has managed hundreds of audit engagements, coordinating various teams of professionals, while working for both Romanian and international companies. He has worked in Romania since 2005. Ori is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA - Israel) and is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR), of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR), as well as of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Israel. He holds a Business Administration B.A. degree. As well as real estate, Ori's main specializations are manufacturing, retail and telecommunications.
