Irina started her career in 2006 as a Financial Auditor in our Financial Services practice and, since then, has built significant experience in providing audit and non-audit services to banks, investment and pension funds, insurance companies, non-banking financial institutions and other highly regulated companies, contributing to the way KPMG brings trust to the financial markets. Irina later consolidated her professional career by taking on the challenge of a period in Luxembourg, in which she gained international experience working for a large real estate group, coordinating the audit across several countries. Passionate about people, Irina has invested in their development since the early stages of her career, facilitating technical and soft skills training courses within KPMG locally, regionally and to clients. Irina is also one of KPMG in Romania’s internal coaches.
