      Nikola has been part of the KPMG team since 2016, with a professional focus on strategic advisory, business model transformation, and long-term value creation. He began his career within the deal advisory team, where he built a strong analytical foundation through financial due diligence engagements and active involvement across all phases of M&A transactions in the European market, including experience gained in the private sector, with a particular focus on the CEE region.

      The understanding of value drivers in transactional and investment environments acquired through this experience was leveraged by Nikola in the development of strategic advisory services within KPMG, which today comprise a team of more than 15 consultants.

      Nikola’s current focus includes the definition of business and financial objectives, the design of target operating, governance, and organizational models—including the establishment of key HR processes—the development of investment and financial plans, as well as the design and implementation of sales initiatives and the introduction of new products.

      Within these engagements, Nikola has held a leading role on projects of critical strategic importance, covering regulatory framework analysis, the development of pricing and business models, assessment of market and regulatory impacts, end-to-end transformation initiatives across the entire value chain, as well as company separation projects aimed at value enhancement and regulatory alignment. He leads projects that integrate strategy, organization, commercial and investment initiatives, and operational execution, with the objective of improving business performance and achieving sustainable growth.

      In addition, Nikola has significant experience in the preparation of business plans, feasibility studies, financial and investment models, as well as the execution of detailed financial analyses.

      He is a member of the regional energy, telecommunications and strategy working group within the KPMG network, where he actively contributes to knowledge sharing and the implementation of best professional and market practices.
