      • KPMG recognised as a Diamond Tier ISCA Accredited Training Organisation

        KPMG in Singapore has been recognised as a Diamond Tier ISCA Accredited Training Organisation (ATO), the highest tier of recognition under the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants’ (ISCA) ATO Tiering Framework launched this year.

         

        The recognition reflects KPMG’s continued commitment to developing future-ready accountancy professionals. Under the ISCA ATO Tiering Framework, Diamond Tier organisations demonstrate leading and sustained support for Singapore CA Qualification (SCAQ) candidates, strong candidate progression through regular exam enrolment, and significant and sustained contribution to the Chartered Accountant talent pipeline.

         

        As an ISCA Accredited Training Organisation, KPMG supports SCAQ candidates in developing their professional competencies and gaining practical experience as they work towards qualifying as Chartered Accountants of Singapore.

      • KPMG in Singapore Wins Three Accolades at IPRS PRISM Awards 2025

        We received the following honours:

         

        • Distinction – Outstanding 360° Integrated Campaign (B2B) for our Sustainability Communications Programme, designed to make complex sustainability issues accessible and actionable for businesses. This award recognises communication campaigns that demonstrate the effective, successful, and creative integration of communication strategies and tactics, together with the use of multiple channels in an overall integrated strategy.
           
        • Merit – Outstanding Public Affairs Programme for our Budget 2024 & 2025 campaigns, for demonstrating strategic impact in policy engagement and stakeholder relationships. The award recognises programmes that demonstrate exceptional strategic planning, execution and measurable impact in influencing policy and managing key government stakeholder relationships. KPMG was the only winner for this award.
           
        • Merit – Outstanding Overall Corporate Reputation Programme for our Be in Front campaign, which broadened perceptions of KPMG beyond our strong audit and accounting heritage to showcase our expertise in AI, digital transformation, sustainability, and workforce transformation—positioning us as an innovative, tech-enabled, and sustainable strategic partner. The award recognises programmes that were designed to build or enhance the organisation's overall reputation and image amongst its stakeholders.

      • KPMG in Singapore Wins Inaugural Workforce Transformation Award

        KPMG in Singapore is honoured to receive the first-ever Workforce Transformation Award for the accountancy sector. Jointly presented by Workforce Singapore (WSG) and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), and supported by ACRA and EDB, this award recognises organisations that excel in transforming their workforce to drive business outcomes and employee development.

         

        The award focused on three areas: workforce and business transformation to achieve operational excellence, employee reskilling and career development to enable mobility and progression, and collaboration through industry partnerships and thought leadership. Our efforts in these areas reflect a strong commitment to building a future-ready workforce and setting a benchmark for the profession. 

      • KPMG awarded the Career Mobility Champion Special Award and Diamond-level Accredited Tax Organisation (ATO) Award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ISCA)

        KPMG in Singapore has won the Career Mobility Champion Special Award at the ISCA Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ) Top Achievers & Partners Recognition Ceremony 2025. This award recognises the firm's commitment to advancing talent development by enhancing career paths and facilitating both internal and global mobility in accountancy, achieved through high quality training and overseas professional stints.

         

        The firm was also awarded the highest-tier Diamond-level ATO award by ISCA, underscoring the firm’s dedication to supporting its staff in attaining professional qualifications, such as the SCAQ, as a pathway to become a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

      • KPMG among top 10 most attractive employer in Singapore for university students
        KPMG ranked in the top 10 of Universum’s 2024 Singapore’s Most Attractive Employers ranking, standing out as the only accounting firm in the top 10. This ranking reflects the aspirations of business and commerce university students, who view KPMG as the employer of choice - a place to collaborate and work across diverse fields, pursue passions, and develop future-ready skills to accelerate careers.

        KPMG's commitment to nurturing talent goes beyond professional growth. It provides an environment where employees make a meaningful impact on clients, its people, and communities. This ranking is based on a comprehensive survey of over 6,500 students across 11 universities and 118 fields of study in Singapore, highlighting KPMG's role as a leading employer that shapes the future workforce.
      • KPMG recognised as a Champion of Good by the National Volunteer and Philanthropic Centre (NVPC)
        KPMG has been recognised as a Champion of Good by the NVPC, the highest form of accolade with a validity of three years. The recognition highlights KPMG’s social impact and its influence on stakeholders to drive purposeful outcomes. KPMG’s contributions include investments to strengthen innovation in financial services and ESG, as well as in other areas such as workforce training, competitive salary enhancements and the adoption of leading-edge technology. The firm has also championed the employability of differently-abled talents through mentorship programmes, as well as prioritising procurement from social enterprises working with disadvantaged communities. This is the third time KPMG has been recognised under the programme.
      • KPMG ranked among Singapore's 100 Leading Graduate Employers 2024
        KPMG has been recognised as one of Singapore’s top three firms in the accounting and financial management as well as consulting sectors, according to votes from over 11,600 local students and graduates in Singapore's longest-running annual national careers survey. Overall, KPMG ranked #36 among 100 companies across 16 sectors. The Singapore’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers ranking is formed by student votes from universities across the country, as gathered via the annual Singapore Graduate Barometer.
      • KPMG ranked among Singapore’s Best Employers 2024
        We are ranked as the country’s top five professional services firm and among the top 170 employers by The Straits Times’ annual ranking of the top employers in Singapore. This is the second time KPMG has been recognised, having previously been honoured in 2022. The evaluation process assessed over 2,000 employers in 27 industry sectors and surveyed more than 14,000 employees across various brands in Singapore, garnering over 220,000 opinions. This achievement underscores our unwavering commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity, employee health and well-being, as well as continuous learning opportunities.

      • KPMG ranked 13th most attractive employer in Singapore for business students
        KPMG has earned spots on Universum’s 2023 Singapore’s Most Attractive Employers list. Most notably, it ranked among the top 13 employers that business students aspire to work for, exemplifying our commitment to providing a great place to work, build and accelerate one’s career. The findings are based on a survey of more than 10,000 students from 6 universities across the country, and reveal insights on employer branding strategies that resonate with upcoming workforces and future talent.
      • KPMG in Singapore was awarded the Enabling Mark (Silver) by SG Enable for disability inclusive employment
        KPMG in Singapore was accredited for the second time in a row, for the firm’s best practices and outcomes in disability-inclusive employment.       • KPMG in Singapore recognised for driving employee development and sustainable efforts
        KPMG clinched three awards at the pan-Asia Employee Experience Awards 2023 organised by Human Resources Online. The firm received top honours for the Best ESG Programme, and was the second runner-up for the categories of Best Soft Skills Programme and Best In-house Learning Academy. These awards reflect the firm’s commitment towards its ESG goals and in creating a supportive environment that values and empowers its employees.

        KPMG in Singapore has been recognised as one of the country’s top 200 employers in Singapore’s Best Employers 2022, an annual ranking by The Straits Times and global data firm Statista. The accolade affirms our employee value proposition in six areas: atmosphere at work and potential for development, image, working conditions, workplace, salary or wage, and diversity.

        Over 200,000 evaluations were collected and more than 17,000 employees across brands surveyed in August and September 2021, culminating in the top 200 highest-scoring companies.
