Enduring connections across Deal Advisory, Audit and Tax

As KPMG celebrates 85 years in Singapore, one thing has stood the test of time: the relationships formed here that continue long after colleagues move on to new opportunities.

Recent alumni gatherings brought together familiar faces from our Deal Advisory, Audit and Tax functions, offering a chance to catch up, expand professional networks and celebrate the community that continues to grow beyond the firm.

At the Deal Advisory Alumni gathering on 23 Jul 2026, more than 60 alumni and colleagues came together to reconnect and honour the foundations laid by pioneers such as former Managing Partner Tham Sai Choy and former Partner Eric Chan, whose contributions helped establish the Deal Advisory practice and shape the legacy carried forward today. The evening highlighted that lasting value is built not just through transactions, but also the people, partnerships and experiences along the way.

The same spirit was evident at the Audit & Tax Alumni Connect on 19 Aug 2026, which welcomed about 200 alumni and colleagues. Old batchmates and friends came together for an evening of conversations and laughter, with discussions ranging from shared KPMG memories to where those experiences have taken them today.

As alumni exchanged stories and perspectives, the gathering showcased how relationships forged at KPMG continue to create opportunities, spark collaborations and bring people together long after their time at the firm.

Together, these gatherings demonstrate what makes the KPMG alumni community special: a shared sense of belonging, enduring friendships and a willingness to support one another long after leaving the firm. After 85 years, it is these bonds that continue to connect generations of KPMG alumni.
