For fresh graduates who don't have an accountancy background, the idea of becoming an auditor may seem daunting. However, with the right training and support, it is possible to make the transition and build a successful career in auditing at KPMG.

The Non-Accountancy Graduate (NAG) Programme at KPMG is designed to equip fresh graduates from diverse academic backgrounds with the necessary skills and knowledge to make the transition and build a successful career as an auditor at KPMG. The program typically lasts for two years and is structured to provide a solid foundation in accountancy and auditing.

During the Programme, participants receive fully sponsored, 3-month full-time classes with an allowance and hands-on work experiences. You will work alongside our industry experts on real client engagements, gaining practical experience and developing your skills in areas such as risk management, data analysis, and financial reporting.

The Programme is tailored to the needs of each associate, with a focus on building a strong foundation in accountancy and auditing. Participants receive sponsorship to pursue professional certification.

      Hear from our NAG graduates

I joined the NAG programme in July 2023. I chose to do so because over the course of my degree, I enjoyed learning more about different fields of study, from sociology to international law. And I read that Audit allows one to work with different clients across various industries which piqued my interest. Hence, this programme felt like a natural path to channel my curiosity into.
