Hashim returned after graduating, having already done two internships at KPMG. He knew that working here would not only provide him with the opportunity to experience clients across many industries, but also geographies.

Other than making waves in the water as part of the regatta-winning KPMG dragon boat team, Amelia is also part of the ESG Assurance team that’s been charting new waters to help the firm become ESG-ready by establishing new policies and training materials for staff.

Renae first started out in audit at KPMG, but made an unexpected move to HR after almost two years – thanks to her performance manager.

Noticing her interest in people and an ability to build rapport with teammates, her manager initially encouraged her to explore a secondment to HR. But she soon proved herself well, and was given a full transfer instead!

“I wanted a role that would enable me to help others in the firm, along with more flexibility over my schedule, so I gave it a shot. Now I’m enjoying my career in HR!”
