Adrian is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Singapore and Australia, with over 17 years of deal advisory experience, specialising in providing financial restructuring support for clients in special situations.
His portfoilio spans financial and operational restructuring, distressed mergers and acquisitions, insolvency (voluntary and involuntary), dispute advisory and financial due diligence.
He is a member of INSOL International and Fellow of IPAS Singapore where he serves as co-chair of the IPAS Young Insolvency Practitioners’ Committee, which drives thought leadership and knowledge-sharing among young members of the insolvency and restructuring community in Singapore. He also lectures at the Singapore Management University’s School of Accountancy.
