Wu Hong’s expertise includes intellectual property planning, tax efficient supply chain strategies, financing strategies, group reorganisations, planning for tax effective acquisitions and disposals and advising on cross border transactions. His experience covers a wide range of industries including healthcare, life sciences, consumer & retails, construction, shipping, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and information technology. He has assisted numerous clients with the applications of tax rulings and negotiations of tax incentives/ grants with the Singapore tax authorities and Government agencies. He is a frequent speaker on tax related topics.
