Leon specialises in large-scale business transformation, customer, and data migration programmes, and target operating model design. He has particular expertise in AI-powered customer and data migrations, helping financial institutions leverage advanced analytics and emerging technologies to deliver more effective and lower-risk transformation outcomes.
Over the course of his career, Leon has led complex transformation initiatives for some of the world's largest banks and financial institutions across Europe and Asia-Pacific, helping them navigate regulatory change, modernise front-office operations, and accelerate strategic growth agendas.
