      Jason Seng is the Head of People & Organisation within KPMG's Consulting practice in Singapore. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, he specialises in helping organisations navigate the people dimensions of large-scale business transformation across ASEAN, Greater China, Europe, and the Middle East.

      Jason advises organisations on a broad range of workforce and organisational challenges, including Future of Work strategies, workforce transformation, organisation design, leadership development, culture transformation, and change management. He has extensive experience supporting clients through complex business and digital transformation initiatives, helping leaders align organisational structures, workforce capabilities, culture, and ways of working to achieve strategic objectives.

      His expertise spans transformation programmes involving shared services, outsourcing, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, customer relationship management (CRM) programmes, operating model redesign, and business process transformation. Jason works closely with executive leadership teams to address the people implications of change, enabling organisations to build resilient, future-ready workforces and sustainable transformation outcomes.

      Over the course of his career, Jason has led and delivered transformation initiatives across multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, energy and utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing, mining, technology, hospitality, and the public sector. His international experience includes engagements in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Egypt, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
