Prior to joining KPMG in 1999 Sonja has been working for 10 years in financial sector, banks and privatization funds. She is responsible for the Advisory Services in the segment of Management Consulting and Risk Consulting for both public and private sector.
Her professional experience covers advisory projects for public and private sector, such as, regulatory compliance, internal audit, agreed upon procedures, business process reengineering. Sonja has managed MC and RC projects for public and private clients in a wide range of industries, mainly in financial and public sector, postal services and infrastructure.
She is responsible for the Advisory Services, which consists of: Business Performance Services, IT Advisory and Internal Audit for both public and private sector.
