Job Description
As a Tech Consulting - Microsoft Pre-Sales Manager at KPMG Thailand, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients. You will work closely with sales teams, technical specialists, and clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of Microsoft technologies.
Roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities and drive sales campaigns.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations
- Lead the pre-sales process, including responding to RFPs and client requests.
- Design and propose innovative solutions using Microsoft technologies to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Manage challenges during pre-sales pitches and ensure successful outcomes.
- Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
- Work in sync with the functional team to develop sustainable and commercially viable products.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and prepare sales proposals.
- Engage with new and existing partners to maximize growth in sales and revenue.
- Analyze business needs and develop sales strategies, including identifying challenges and conducting needs assessments.
- Manage the end-to-end pre-sales process, including discovery, technical assessments, solution demonstrations, and proof of concept (POC).
- Manage the financial aspects of sales processes to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, after-sales support, and customer success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information System, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in pre-sales for Microsoft products or technical consulting in a consulting/system integration firm (experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Solution-oriented analytical skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in technology sales and consulting.
