KPMG in Thailand is currently seeking a bright, ambitious human resources professional to join the recruitment team. This experienced professional will be responsible for arranging a range of activities which help to strengthen the KPMG Thailand workforce. The role will involve you partnering with internal business leaders to understand their needs and communicating our value proposition to potential employees. The successful candidate is required a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Strategy: 

    • Develop and implement effective mass recruitment strategies to attract a high volume of candidates across various channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment events. 

    • Focusing on early identification of candidates in their academic career through internship and full-time opportunities out of universities/institutions/association. 

    • Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle recruiting. 

  • Branding & Social Media: 

    • Engage with Universities, take part in roadshows, give presentations and other firm activities that lead in promoting KPMG branding and build brand awareness to universities and students. 

    • Act as a steward for the KPMG brand and help contribute positively and creatively to the KPMG identity and values. 

    • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 

  • Projects: 

    • Design and implement change management strategies to support the successful rollout of HR initiatives. 

    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR initiatives. Monitor project progress, address any issues, and report status updates to senior management. 

  • HR Operation: 

    • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires both new joiner and trainee, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 

    • Support Human Resources Department activities and/or projects such as HR process improvement initiatives, employee engagement, people development and other ad hoc projects as required. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in humanities, psychology, business, marketing or any related field. 

  • Minimum 1- 3 years of recruitment experience and proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically with mass recruitment initiatives. 

  • Ability to embrace technology platforms and keen on using social media. Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for various platforms. 

  • Strategic thinker who is able to work independently and creatively – someone who can “go the extra mile”. 

  • Strong project management and process skills - an ability to be structured, practical and detail oriented is essential for this role. 

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills - you must value teamwork and be able to get on well with many types of people. 

  • Good command of spoken and written English
