With the dynamic and rapid change in the business world, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recognized the importance of sustainable growth. In response, the SEC developed the ‘Sustainable Development Roadmap’ which aims to support businesses and improve their creditability as listed companies in the eye of the investor. The roadmap outlines the process which aims to enhance corporate governance, social and environmental responsibilities, as well as driving anti-corruption policies in the organizations. จากการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วของโลกธุรกิจ สังคมและสภาพแวดล้อมต่างๆ ในปัจจุบัน สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาและการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน จึงจัดทำแผนพัฒนาความยั่งยืน (Sustainability Development Roadmap) โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาตลาดทุน ซึ่งสนับสนุนทั้งในด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม และยกระดับความน่าเชื่อถือของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในสายตาของนักลงทุน เช่น เสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบด้าน CG ของคณกรรมการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ผลักดันให้ธุรกิจมีมาตรการต่อต้านคอร์รัปชัน เป็นต้น เคพีเอ็มจีจึงขอเรียนเชิญท่านกรรมการตรวจสอบเข้าร่วมสนทนาและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น รวมถึงบทบาทของกรรมการตรวจสอบต่อแผนดังกล่าว
