      With over 20 years of experience as a business lawyer, Ibtissem has successfully managed the legal aspects of numerous projects across a variety of sectors, including oil, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, banking, tourism, and IT.

      Specializing in legal due diligence and restructuring transactions, she has led negotiations, acquisitions, and structuring efforts for large-scale groups and multinational corporations (including acquisitions of national banks, international hotels, and pharmaceutical groups). Ibtissem joined KPMG in September 2020 as Senior Director, heading the legal department.
